Job Title: Physical Therapist, ClinSpec

Location: The Woodlands Campus, outpatient building, 2nd floor

Contract Length: Temporary

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist will plan, evaluate, organize, and implement physical therapy treatment programs for patients ranging from neonates to adulthood. This role involves conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized care plans, setting measurable goals in collaboration with patients and families, and performing patient care activities within the scope of training. The therapist will monitor patient responses, recommend adaptive equipment, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality care.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Temporary Physical Therapist license in Texas (permanent license required before temporary license expiration)
• 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric, women’s health, orthopedics, or sports medicine OR 1 year of residency in these areas
• Knowledge of rehabilitative care for acute and chronic conditions
• Understanding of development from neonate to adulthood
• Demonstrated professional competencies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to independently treat patients and follow established therapy plans

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical advancement candidates rated as “exceptional” or “consistently exceptional” on previous performance appraisals
• Experience working in outpatient developmental therapy clinics

Additional Information:

• Position involves working alongside other PTs, OTs, and SLPs
• Flexible schedule options: Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat day shifts or Mon, Thu, Fri 12-hour shifts (7:00-19:00) with remote documentation access
