Job Summary:
The Cat Scan Technologist performs computer tomography procedures and related techniques, producing sectional and three-dimensional images for interpretation. They assist with interventional and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and high-quality diagnostic results.

Required Qualifications:
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology and radiological positioning of the human body.
• Understanding mechanical attributes of CT software and hardware.
• Thorough knowledge of PACS system.
• Maintains CEU Credits.
• ARRT (CT) certification within twelve months of hire.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within three months of hire.
• Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist program.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• NJ DEP Diagnostic Radiography License.
• ARRT Certified R.T.(R) license.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Six months CT experience.
• Knowledge of Epic and any HIS/RIS system.
• ARRT certified R.T. (CT) license.

Additional Information:
• Required Years of Experience: 5 years.
• Required Hard Skills: General CT with and without Contrast, CTAs, and perfusion. Usage of GE Revolution CT Scanner.
• Required Soft Skills: EPIC.
