We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a multi-modality position covering home health, outpatient, and acute care settings.

Job Details:
Location: Hugo, Colorado
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day, Monday–Friday, May consider 4x10, 40 Guaranteed Hours
Coverage Area: Facilities within a 60-mile radius (includes home health visits)


Requirements:
•	Should have strong general experience, including some post-op, sports injury, geriatrics
 	Must have outpatient experience (prefer both outpatient and inpatient experience)
•	CO License or compact PT license required
•	BLS required
