Travel Physical Therapist  | $2,800 weekly (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 40 hours/week

PT needed for multi-modality position (home health, outpatient, acute). Will work at area facilities (all within 60 mile radius, including home health visits).

Job Details:
Location: Hugo, Colorado, 80821 (no local candidates within 50 miles)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, shift is M-F days, preferably 8hrs but may consider 4X10
40 Guaranteed Hours

Job Requirements
Min of 2 years of RECENT experience 
Should have strong general experience, including some post-op, sports injury, geriatrics. prefer both outpatient and inpatient experience 
Must have outpatient experience.

Certifications &amp; Licensure
Required AHA BLS
CO License or compact PT license required
