Local Nurse Manager - Endoscopy | 40 Hours/week | $96/hour
Job Overview:
Location: Concord, MA
Contract Duration: 13-Week Contract
Work Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours work/week
Shift: 8 hours Day | 5x8s

Job Summary: The Nurse Manager assumes 24-hour responsibility of the management of the Endoscopy Unit and Interventional Radiology. The Nurse Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, directing and evaluating patient care for an assigned patient care nursing units on a 24 hour basis. The incumbent assures the delivery of quality services and that professional nursing is practiced in accordance with the established standards of nursing and the standards of practice at Emerson Hospital Reporting to this position are various clinical professional and support positions, including Registered Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistants, Patient Care Assistants and Unit Secretaries

Job Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience within specialty area - Endoscopy or other related
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and leadership experience may be considered

Licensure & Certification
• Required: Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred
