Contract Duration: 13-week
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
Shift: 8 hours, Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
• National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience

Unit Description:
Location: One Medical Plaza, Pampa, TX 79065
Facility: 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital
Patients: Inpatients and Outpatients

Key Facility Details
• Units: ICU, Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Cardiac Cath Lab
• Swing Beds: Available for transitional care
• Acuity Level: Level IV Trauma ER
• COVID Patients: Yes, care required as per protocols

Schedule &amp; Expectations
• Weekend Coverage: Per department needs
• Holiday Coverage: Per department needs
• Dress Code: Scrubs (no specific color required)
