Description

Travel Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Stroke Stepdown| $2628 weekly (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) |36 hours/week
This role supports a Medical/Surgical Stroke Stepdown unit caring for adult patients with acute neurological and complex medical conditions.
Job Details:
Location: Utica, NY
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 6:30PM - 7:00AM
36 hours/week

Patient Population: Adults
Common Diagnoses:
Stroke
Altered mental status
Renal / Dialysis
COPD, CHF
Pneumonia & pulmonary conditions
Isolation patients
General medical-surgical cases
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of recent MS Stroke Stepdown experience
Documented travel experience required
Certifications Required:
AHA BLS
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Active NY RN License required
