Travel RN CVOR | $3275 weekly (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) |40 hours/week

We are seeking a skilled and reliable RN – CVOR with at least 1 year of experience in cardiovascular operating room settings. The ideal candidate is confident working in a high-acuity surgical environment, demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, and is comfortable with on-call responsibilities. Experience with EPIC and Omnicell is preferred. Must be flexible to float when needed and work effectively within a collaborative surgical team.

Job Details:
Location: Utica, NY
Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possible extensions
Schedule: 10 hours (9.5 working + 30 min paid lunch break unpaid), Variable days - 0630-16300 or 0700-1700
On-Call minimum of 7 days per four week schedule to include 5 week nights and a minimum of 1 weekend, dependent on staffing and departmental needs

Travel Requirement:
75-mile radius rule applies
Local candidates (within 75 miles) accepted at local rate!

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year CVOR experience required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s degree minimum)
Active New York State RN license

Certifications Required:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)

Patient Population: Adult
Number of Beds: 2
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:1
Common Diagnoses: Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Aortic Stenosis (AS), Mitral Regurgitation (MR)
Technology/Systems: EPIC, Omnicell
Floating: Required if census is low
