Description
Travel RN – Emergency Department | $2735 | (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 36hours/week
We are seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-volume ED. The ideal candidate will have strong adult ED experience with some pediatric exposure and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Unit Details
Unit: Emergency Department
Number of Beds: 64 total beds (2 Triage, 40 Acute, 6 Super Track, 2 Trauma, 10 CDU, 6 Psychiatric)
Patient Population: Newborn, Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatrics
Common Diagnoses: Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure
Specialty Equipment: Rapid Infusor, Arctic Sun
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across all age groups
Respond effectively to high-acuity and critical care situations
Utilize strong assessment, prioritization, and clinical decision-making skills
Collaborate with ED physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Float as needed based on unit and patient care needs
Serve in a charge role when required (highly preferred)
Requirements
Up-to-date resume with 2+ years of ED experience, including some pediatrics
Documented travel nursing experience
Two (2) recent ED Charge or Manager RN references
Completed Skills Checklist matching specialty
Valid driver’s license with address matching demographic information
Current AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
Active New York RN License (NURSYS verification required for all RN licenses)
RTO must be included at time of submission
EMR experience required: Epic
