Description
Travel Oncology RN |$2546 | (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 40hour/week
13-Week Contract
Location: 7519A SHOA Inf Duluth
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel Requirement: No local candidates within 50 miles
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Oncology nursing experience
Strong background in administering chemotherapy
Experience managing oncology patient care across treatment phases
Trauma Level I, ICU, and additional Oncology experience preferred
Licensure & Certifications
Active RN License
BLS – required
NIH Stroke Scale Certification – required
Chemotherapy Certification – required
Proven experience administering chemotherapy (minimum 2 years)
Role Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients in an infusion/clinical setting
Safely prepare, administer, and monitor chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments
Assess patient responses to treatment and manage side effects
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and symptom management
Collaborate with oncologists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility standards
