Travel RN – Medical/Surgical (Acute Neuro Unit) | $1828 | (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 40hour/week

13-Week Contract

Unit: 612F Acute Neuro Unit
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Variable Shifts
Travel Requirement: No local candidates within 50 miles

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Experience working with neurological patient populations preferred
Strong assessment and monitoring skills for acute neuro patients

Licensure & Certifications
Active RN License
BLS – required
NIH Stroke Scale Certification – required
ACLS – preferred

Role Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an acute neuro medical-surgical unit
Perform frequent neurological assessments and monitor for changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
Collaborate with neurologists, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery expectations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility standards
