Travel Nurse Manager-Labor & Delivery | $4400 | (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 40 Hours

Job Details:
Location: Concord, MA Shift: 8Hr Days 7AM - 4PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Call: Required (variable based on department needs)

Required Qualifications
✔️ Minimum 5 years of obstetrical nursing experience
✔️ Demonstrated leadership abilities in a clinical setting
✔️ Active Massachusetts RN License
✔️ Certifications required:
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to manage daily operations of the OB unit
Support and guide clinical staff to maintain high standards of patient care
Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
Participate in staffing coordination and operational planning
