Description

Travel RN MS/Tele FLOAT | $2700| (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 36 hours/week

Job Details:
Location: Watertown, NY
Start Date: May 11, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Call Requiremnt: Weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage required
Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to qualify.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele Float RN who is comfortable working across multiple units. The ideal candidate must be flexible and confident floating to various departments including Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, and Pediatrics, and have strong Coronary Care experience.

Requirements:
Active New York RN license (required)
Minimum 1 successful travel assignment completed (first-time travelers will not be considered)
BLS & ACLS certifications (required)
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Previous hospital RN experience required
Experience with MEDITECH charting preferred
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality patient care
Ability to assess and address patient needs (clinical, educational, emotional, and spiritual)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
May be required to function in a charge nurse capacity
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining patient and staff safety, including proper patient handling techniques
