Description
Travel Ultrasound Technician | $2880 | (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 36 hours/week
Job Details:
Location: Watertown, NY
Start Date: June 1, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: :3x12s | Sunday, Monday, Tuesday I 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to qualify.
Requirements:
Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology or Medical Sonography program
Minimum 1 year of imaging/sonography experience
Vascular & OB experience required
ARDMS registered or registry eligible
BCLS (AHA) certification required
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Proficiency with ultrasound equipment and imaging software
Key Responsibilities
Perform vascular and OB ultrasound exams with accuracy and efficiency
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment across various platforms
Ensure proper patient positioning, safety, and comfort during procedures
Analyze images for quality and assist physicians with diagnostic interpretation
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Follow department protocols and comply with regulatory standards
Participate in on-call coverage as required
