Description

Travel RN Rehabilitation | $2592 | (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 36 hours/week

Job Details:
Location: Watertown, NY
Start Date: May 26, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift and Schedule: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to qualify.

Required Qualifications
✔️Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
✔️BLS and ACLS certifications required
✔️Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
✔️Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience
✔️At least one completed travel assignment required
✔️Strong knowledge of nursing principles and patient care standards
✔️Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
✔️Prior Inpatient Rehabilitation experience
✔️Background in Med-Surg, Neuro, or LTAC settings
✔️Experience working in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
✔️Leadership experience or ability to function as a charge nurse

Key Responsibilities
✔️Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
✔️Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
✔️Monitor patient progress and accurately document outcomes
✔️Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
✔️Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery, and care plans
✔️Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
✔️dentify and address safety concerns for patients and staff
✔️Safely assist with patient mobility, including proper use of lifts and equipment
✔️Prioritize tasks effectively and respond to high-stress situations
✔️May assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed
