Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM–1:00 AM preferred (4:00 PM–12:00 AM also available)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Dates: September 13, 2026 – December 12, 2026

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly 
Orientation Pay: Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during the orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate. 
 

Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.
 

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform routine MRI examinations in a 450-bed hospital. The technologist will independently scan inpatient, ICU, and ER patients while maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and imaging quality.

Key Responsibilities
✓ Perform routine MRI examinations independently.
✓ Scan inpatient, ICU, and ER patients.
✓ Operate Siemens MRI equipment safely and effectively.
✓ Follow established protocols and maintain image quality.
✓ Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
✓ Maintain accurate documentation in the Epic EMR system.
✓ Follow all applicable safety and patient-care standards.

Qualifications
✓ Minimum 3 years of MRI Technologist experience required.
✓ Must be able to independently perform MRI scans.
✓ Proficiency in routine MRI examinations required.
✓ NY State license with injection capability required.
✓ BLS certification required.
✓ ARRT preferred or ARMRIT certification.
✓ Epic EMR experience preferred.
