Travel Registered Nurse Infusion | $2520 (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 40 hours/week

Job Details:

Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Dates: September 21, 2026 – December 20, 2026

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Orientation Pay: Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during the orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate.
Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Oncology team at Saint Francis Hospital & Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut. The RN will provide safe and compassionate care to patients receiving infusion and oncology treatments while collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
✓ Provide direct nursing care to patients receiving infusion therapies.
✓ Safely administer IV medications, fluids, and prescribed treatments.
✓ Monitor patients before, during, and after infusions for adverse reactions.
✓ Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
✓ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
✓ Educate patients and families regarding treatments, medications, and potential side effects.
✓ Follow infection-control, medication-safety, and hospital policies.
✓ Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.

Qualifications/Initial Requirements
✓ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut or compact RN license.
✓ Active Basic Life Support (BLS)
✓Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification
✓ Previous infusion nursing experience strongly preferred.
✓ Oncology nursing experience is a plus.
✓ Strong IV/infusion therapy and patient assessment skills.
✓ Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills.
✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
