NICU Registered Nurse (RN) | Gwinnett Women's Pavilion
We are looking for a NICU Registered Nurse who can bridge the gap between advanced medical technology and compassionate neonatal care. If you have 2+ years of experience with HFOV, body cooling, and 22-weekers, we have a premier 13-week night-shift contract waiting for you.
$2,010.96 weekly| 40-hour Guranteed | Tax-Free Stipends Available to Maximize Take-Home Pay
Status: Travel Only (Must reside >50 miles from Lawrenceville, GA)
Duration: 13-Week Contract
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights) | Variable Days
Location: Lawrenceville, GA (GWP)
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years of high-acuity NICU experience.
Certifications: AHA BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) are mandatory.
Clinical Skills: Must be expert in central line maintenance and neonatal resuscitation.
Unit Details & High-Acuity Care
Candidates must be proficient in managing neonates from 22 weeks gestation and up, including:
Advanced Respiratory: Conventional Ventilators, HFOV (High-Frequency Oscillator Ventilation), and Inhaled Nitric Oxide.
Critical Therapies: Total Body Cooling (Hypothermia Therapy) for HIE.
Pharmacology: Management of continuous IV drips including Vasopressors and Sedation.
