Description

Title: Registered Nurse – CCU
Location: Columbia, SC 29203
Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Night 3x12 (19:00 – 07:30) |Weekend coverage every other weekend
Float required (ICUs and Cardiac Telemetry)|Standby call required (no call pay)

Experience:
• Strong CCU/CVICU background required
• Provide care to cardiac and medical ICU patients
• Manage advanced cardiac devices (Impella, IABP, LVAD, TVP)
• Monitor and manage dysrhythmias and cardiac drips
• Pre/Post cardiac cath care and sheath removal
• Care of ventilated patients and invasive hemodynamic monitoring
• Management of CRRT, vents, invasive lines, and multisystem organ failure

License / Certification: Required: BLS,ACLS,NIHSS

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years CCU/CVICU or strong cardiac ICU experience
• Experience with cardiac devices and critical care equipment
• Patient ratio experience 1:2
• Epic EMR experience preferred
