Description

Immediate Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health travel contract opportunity supporting patients in Lacey, WA.

Important Requirements:

RN needs at least 12 Months Home Health experience within the last 3 years.
HCHB experience is required

Pay:

$2,817.00 (Travel pay package)
Local pay package available
Mileage reimbursement for patient related travel

Work Schedule:

8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
40 hours per week
Territory: Lewis County

Contract Details:

13 week contract (possible extension)
Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit

Job Details

Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home – enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current RN License
Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
OASIS experience
Hands-on HCHB experience required
Current driver's license
American Heart Association BLS
