Description

Immediate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health travel contract opportunity in North Kansas City, MO.

Pay:

$1,700.00 (Travel pay package)
Local pay package available
Mileage reimbursement for patient related travel

Work Schedule:

8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
40 hours per week
No weekends
13-week contract
Area of coverage is Camden Point, Farley, Platte City, Smithville, Waldron, Weston, N Kansas City, Kansas City, Riverside, Dearborn, Edgerton

Job Details:

Administer skilled nursing care and education under the supervision of registered nurse for adult clients in their place of residence, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and provider.
Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home – enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Current LPN License
1+ year of LPN experience working in Home Health required (must have 1 year experience worked in last 3 years)
Hands-on HCHB experience required
Current driver's license
American Heart Association BLS
