EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- Certificate of completion from a Surgical Technician program
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
- Current nurses assistant experience or outside agency experience in providing care to the specialty population of patients served in the respective area.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of effective English written and communication, basic computer proficiency and basic dysrhythmia knowledge for specialty tech in critical care area or telemetry monitoring area.
- Under the direction of RN/LVN, manages multiple demands in an ever-changing environment.

Pay Range is $29.49 to $35.94 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
