Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $33.39/hr Taxed ($1,202.04/wk Taxed) +
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,246.00/wk =
• $2,448.04/wk Gross Eligibility

Total Bed Count:
•4 (mix with tele pts and mild (step down) level ICU)

Staffing Ratios:
•Days 1:2
•Nights 1:2
•Weekends 1:2

Schedule Requirements:
• On-Call Required: Yes, up to 4 shifts in a contract
• Float Required: Yes; Med/surg RN, sitter in ER
• Weekend Coverage: Yes, staffed 24/7
• Scheduling Type: Patterned; typically block (if able) of at least 3 -4 shifts

Support:
•IV Teams: No
• Lift Teams: No
• Pharmacy: Yes
• Phlebotomy: Yes

Transportation: House Sup or Radiology usually can help with transporting patients.

Unit Secretary: Yes, using the US on med/surg for assistance

Provider Coverage:
