Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $45.50/hr Taxed ($1,820/wk Taxed) +
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,246/wk =
• $3,066/wk Gross Eligibility

REQUIRED: BLS, OR License

Guaranteed Hours: 40hr/week Contract
Years of Experience Required: 1yr Skilled Home Health Experience
First Time Travelers Accepted: No
Locals Accepted: Yes!

Special Requirements
- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
- System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
- Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster
- Oasis is required. Please call out if traveler does not have Oasis Experience
