Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $37.50/hr Taxed ($1,500/wk Taxed)+
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,512/wk
• $3,012/wk Gross Eligibility

REQUIRED: BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC)*, ONS/ONCC*, Active WA State License

Guaranteed Hours: 40hr/week Contract

Special requirements: Rheumatology experienced preferred, IV infusion/therapy experience required. Total patient volume/day averages 12.
