Total Bed Count: 17 (Mix med/surg with swing bed and tele)

Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $27.89/hr Taxed ($1,004.04/wk Taxed) +
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,246.00/wk =
• $2,250.04/wk Gross Eligibility

Staffing Ratios:
•Days 1:4
•Nights 1:4
•Weekends 1:4

Schedule Requirements:
•On-Call Required: Yes, up to 4 shifts in a contract
•Float Required: Yes; Helping hands in ICU, sitter in ER
•Weekend Coverage: Yes, staffed 24/7
•Scheduling Type: Patterned; typically block (if able) of at least 3 -4 shifts

Support:
•IV Teams: No
•Lift Teams: No
•Pharmacy: Yes
•Phlebotomy: Yes
•Transportation: Usually House Sup or Radiology can help transport patients
