Description

Schedule: Day Shift - 4x10's, can include weekends once every 5 weeks. 7:30A-6PM
Hours: 40hrs/wk

Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $34.82/hr Taxed ($1,392.80/wk Taxed) +
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,687.00/wk =
• $3,079.80/wk Gross Eligibility

Staffing:
•Days: Regular
•Nights: On call
•Weekends: Limited

Schedule Requirements:
•Call Required: OC time (13.5 hours) 1 day a week
•Float Required: No
•Weekend Coverage: Weekend Coverage for IP, average once every 5 weeks or so
•Scheduling Type: Unit scheduler

Unit Systems:
•Medication System: Perflutren (Definity), Fridge Locked and Monitored
•Documentation System: EPIC (Soon to be EPIC Cupid) = EMR, Syngo = PACS

Support:
•IV Teams: Partial Support from Nurses, Techs can start their own IVs, will train
•Lift Teams: No
•Pharmacy: Reordering Perflutren
•Phlebotomy: No
•Transportation: No
•Unit Secretary:No

Provider Coverage:
•Cardiologist: Support 24/7
