Comprised of a 25-bed critical access medical center, rural health and urgent care medical offices, home care services, and a vast scope of services located throughout Tillamook County and the surrounding areas. Tillamook is known for its small-town charm, lively art scene and delicious Tillamook Cheese. The allure of Tillamook's community is complimented by access to outdoor adventures and the scenic Oregon Coast.

Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $19/hr Taxed
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,200/wk
• $1,930/wk Gross Eligibility

Total Bed Count: 3 OR/1 Endo
Staffing Ratios:
• Days 1:4
• Nights 1:1 Call Team
• Weekends 1:1 Call Team

C-sections

Urology
ENT
Podiatry
Endoscopy – EGD and Colon poly screening – no interventional procedures.

Certified Technologist, at least 2 or 3 years experience.
Surgical Technologists support decontamination room by cleaning instruments and endoscopes scopes – Training is provided but past experience is helpful._

Schedule Requirements:
• Call Required: Yes: minimum call 1 night a week 1 weekend a month.
• Float Required: Yes; Tasking only in departments not fully trained in
• Weekend Coverage: No
• Scheduling Type: Block
