Pay Breakdown:

• Hourly: $54.82/hr Taxed ($2,192.80/wk Taxed) +
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,687.00/wk =
• $3,879.80/wk Gross Eligibility

Required:
•Must have outpatient peritoneal dialysis experience
•Oregon & WA RN license (compact)
•BLS
