• Hourly: $59.20/hr Taxed ($2,368.00/wk Taxed) +
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,512.00/wk =
• $3,880.00/wk Gross Eligibility

Required:
•Must have outpatient peritoneal dialysis experience
•Oregon & WA RN license (compact)
•BLS
