• Hourly: $25.82/hr Taxed ($1,032.80/wk Taxed) +
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,687.00/wk =
• $2,719.80/wk Gross Eligibility

Setting: Hospice
Shift Notes: M-F 8a-430p
Coverage Area: Portland and surrounding area
Job License/Certification requirements: OR RN (WA RN is a bonus). Minimum 1 year Hospice travel experience
Common Equipment & Charting System: EPIC
