RN Patient Care Coordinator needed!

Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $45.90/hr Taxed
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,484/wk
• $3,320/wk Gross Eligibility

Required Experience:
•OR License
•1 year experience in the last 3 years
•BLS

Schedule/Facility Info:
•Schedule: 8hr Days
•Hours: 0800-1700
•GTD: 40hrs/wk
•13 weeks
•ASAP start

Description:
Oregon & WA RN or compact license active and on file
Must have 1 year of case manager or PCC experience
RN will be needed to work on wknds Sun-Sat w/holidays
Previous KP experience preferred
EPIC charting and experience with Medicaid/Medicare
