Patient Care Coordinator needed in Salem, OR!

Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $53.25/hr Taxed
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1267/wk
• $3,397/wk Gross Eligibility

Schedule/Facility Info:
• Schedule: 12am - 8:30am
• GTD: 40hrs/wk
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP

Required Experience:
•Oregon & WA RN or compact license active and on file
•Must have 1 year of case manager or PCC experience
•Will be needed to work on wknds Sun-Sat w/holidays
•EPIC charting and experience with Medicaid/Medicare
•BLS
