As a PRN Pharmacist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant medication dispensing across remote operations.
Location: Chandler, AZ
Employment Type: Temporary, PRN
Hours: Approximately 10-60 hours per month
Pay Rate: $56-60/hour
Why This Role Matters
Pharmacists are the final checkpoint in a patient’s medication journey. Your attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and communication skills help ensure patients receive the right medications safely and efficiently. In this flexible PRN role, you’ll support pharmacy operations for 10–60 hours per month, making a meaningful contribution while maintaining work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
• Ensure efficiency and completeness in prescription processing and dispensing.
• Oversee record keeping and licensing to maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Review and update pharmacy protocols to align with regulatory standards.
• Communicate with remote Pharmacists and Customer Service personnel to verify order entries and resolve issues.
• Maintain required documentation, including exception reporting.
• Support continuous improvement by contributing to procedural updates.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, JCAHO standards, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other pharmacy-related duties as assigned by the Board of Pharmacy.

• Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
