Description
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 100% FTE, day/evening/night shift. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with rotating nights and weekends on-call required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Perfusionist to:
Provide cardiopulmonary life support for high acuity surgical procedures utilizing cardiopulmonary bypass and ECMO.
Support procedures in the Cath lab, Hybrid OR and Intensive Care Units.
Assist in the design of institutional protocols and provide continuing education of staff and operating room personnel.
Encourage and actively support the mission of the Cardiac Surgery, ECMO and Mechanical Circulatory Assist programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and graduate of Perfusion program Required
- Master's Degree in related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 3 years of post-training clinical experience providing CPB for adult cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, and aortic aneurysm repairs Preferred
- Experience in providing CPB for cardiac transplantation, ventricular assist device implantation, and congenital pediatric procedures. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) as recognized by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) within 12 months Required
- State of Wisconsin Licensure as a Licensed Perfusionist within 6 months Required
- CPR certification within 3 months Required
- Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) as recognized by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) Preferred
- State of Wisconsin Licensed Perfusionist Preferred
