Description
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday, Occasional weekend coverage. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Supervisor, Occupational and Physical Therapy to:
Provide team-based leadership for occupational and physical therapy staff.
Manage long-range planning for staffing levels, including recruitment and retention efforts.
Develop and manage the therapy team’s programs, procedures, and protocols.
Provide remarkable patient care as outlined in the clinician position description as an occupational or physical therapist.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy Required
- Master's Degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration Preferred or
- Doctorate Degree in a related clinical field or in business/health care administration Preferred
Work Experience
- 3 years of professional experience as an OT or PT Required
- Previous therapy leadership experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required or
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Required and
- Certification in Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Automatic External Defibrillator Required
