Work Schedule: 
This full-time position is based at University Hospital in Madison, WI but will travel to other local locations and is scheduled Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Hours may vary for one off shift rounding and operational needs.

You will oversee daily operations across a sophisticated imaging environment that includes cutting-edge technology, expanding outpatient access, and a commitment to exceptional patient care. You'll partner with radiologists, technologists, operational leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic growth, optimize performance, enhance patient experiences, and shape the future of MRI services across UW Health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiology/Medical Imaging school Required
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in in Business, Healthcare Administration, Physical Science, Biological Science, or other relevant field Preferred

Work Experience

• 3 years health care operations supervisory experience or five (5) years of progressive relevant experience with demonstrated success and leadership skills Required
• Experience with an academic medical center or complex healthcare system Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Certification by appropriate Radiology/Medical Imaging body through American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Upon Hire Required or
• Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Upon Hire Required or
• American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) Upon Hire Required or
• American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Upon Hire Required
• Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) Preferred
