Role Overview

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school setting is responsible for:

• Performing student evaluations
• Providing therapy services in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders
• Documenting all therapy sessions and progress

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (may be required by state/contract)
• Compliance with all professional standards of practice
• Current CPR certification (if applicable)
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay Details

• Local: $65/hour 
• Travel Weekly Package: $3,451.50 including meals & housing
