?? Physical Therapist Opportunity – Eastern Oregon ??

Location: Hermiston, OR

Contract Length: 13 weeks (with option toextend)

Shift: Day shift, 40 hrs/week (flexiblescheduling)

Pay: Up to $3,300/week + $5,000 BONUS

($2,500 sign-on + $2,500 completion bonus)

Position Overview:

As a PhysicalTherapist, you’ll perform patient evaluations and provide therapy services inaccordance with individualized care plans and physician orders.

Requirements:

? Active Oregon PT license (or compactprivileges)

? Graduate of an accredited PT program

? Minimum 1 year of PT experience(inpatient/outpatient preferred)

? Current CPR & health requirements per stateregulations
