BLS, state radiology license, ARRT
Experience w/ OR and Fluro highly preferred
Shift: 4-10's 3p-1:30a 
Rotating 3rd weekend 12P - 12A and holidays
Currently Staffing - BSMH - AVPA & HAA agreement
Assignment Details: - VMS - Simplify- Acute RNs- 36 hour contracts, 12 hour shifts, 7-7

Orientation InformationOrientation takes place on a bi-weekly basis every other Monday at 8am. Staff will begin at the offsite testing location where they will complete general onboarding and receive access to their login/timekeeping profilesCandidate Must Be EPIC Proficient

v  Must go back at least 5 years and have at least 1-year of experience in the specialty they are applying for (please see job notes for any changes to experience required)

v  List of Certifications required for position

v  1 Supervisor Reference

v  Copy of Nursys License or RN license verification (if available)

v  Driver’s License to confirm compact licensure (if applicable)*No longer needed for submission but will be required to send in when offer has been accepted

v  Full SSN & DOB (MM/DD) – masked and encrypted to be entered in Workday
