Amergis Staffing is currently seeking Occupational Therapists for the 2025/2026 school year in the National City, CA area.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.   

Position Details:

 

Pay: $2260 Weekly (Travel candidates for 50+ miles)

Local Pay: $2000 Weekly

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours/Week: 40 Hours Weekly

Start Date: February 2026

Length: 2025/2026 School Year

Settings: Case load 60-70 students, Grade k-6, 8 Hour days (8am-5pm), 2-3 Sites, In person

Minimum Requirements: 

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice 
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable 
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
