About the Opportunity

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by joining a supportive school-based therapy team. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you’ll work under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist to help students build the skills they need to thrive in the classroom and beyond. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy creativity, collaboration, and working in an educational environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver occupational therapy services as directed by a supervising Occupational Therapist

• Support implementation of individualized treatment plans

• Collect and report standardized assessment data

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Promote student independence and participation in school routines

• Uphold all professional and ethical standards

Minimum Requirements

• Current state certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• At least 18 years of age

• One (1) year of COTA experience preferred

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray as required)

• Current health certificate (as required by state or contract)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local regulations
