A Cardiac Monitor Technician is needed to support continuous cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and overall patient safety within units transitioning from RN-managed monitoring to specialty tech–managed monitoring. Floating may be required to any unit where cardiac monitoring is in place.Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience as a Monitor Tech or in cardiac rhythm interpretation
- BLS (AHA)
- Cardiac monitoring certification: CCI, CRAT, or NTA
- Ability to accurately interpret cardiac rhythms/dysrhythmias
- Must be able to float to any unit where cardiac monitoring is needed and sister facilities as needed
