Position is at Northwest Specialty Hospital (NWSH)
6225 Sharlands Ave. Reno 89523

5x8 hour shifts (days of the week varies)
on call possible
inpatient acute rehab

Experience/Certifications Required: OTR, NV license, and must be agreeable to see BH patients
• Bachelor's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school - Required
• Master's degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school - Highly desired
• BLS - Required
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Required
• OT Experience - Required: 2 Years
• Nevada License - Required
• Degree from an accredited program of Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's required, Master's highly desired).

"As a member of an interdisciplinary team, provides quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients. Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age appropriate plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation. Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment.
