Description

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Home Health Occupational Therapist that would be interested in an 13 Week, full-time contract opportunity at a hospital in Rockford, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: Rockford, IL

Total Travel Package: $2,566.00/week

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

Taxable Wages = $1,320.00/week
Weekly Housing Allowance = $770.00/week
Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476.00/week

Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes= $2,236.00

Schedule:

40 Hours Guaranteed
Days
8AM - 5PM
Monday- Friday
Rotating weekends
mileage reimbursed for home visits

Duration:

13 Weeks (likely extension)

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience as an OT
Experience in home-health
IL license
BLS
No on-call
Only accepting Travelers
