Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Physical Therapist that would be interested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract at a Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position:  Physical Therapist   

Location:  Arlington Heights, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $52/hr 

Total Travel Package: $2,364.00/week

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

• Taxable Wages = $720.00/week
• Weekly Housing Allowance = $1,000.00/week
• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $644.00/week

  Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes= $2,184.00

Schedule:

• 40 hrs/week:
• Monday & Tuesday (8:30A to 8:00P)
• Saturday & Sunday (7:30A to 5:00P)

Duration:

• 13 Weeks (Likely Extension)

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Orthopedic acute care experience required
• Experience with acute care elective joint and trauma patients along with acute care neurological PT (strokes, spine surgery)
• IL PT License, BLS
• ASAP Start
