Amergis Staffing is currently seeking Occupational Therapist for the 2026/27 school year in the Santa Maria, CA area.

 

Position Details: CA OT License

Hours/Week: 37.5 hours

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Start Date: August 13th, 2026

Length: 26/27 School Year

Details: Grade In person, grade level and caseload will be discussed during the interview,

 Pay: Travel Rate: $3,385.50 (for Candidate over 50 miles)

(If under 50 miles) Local Rate: $75/hour

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student.   

Minimum Requirements: 

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice 
• One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable 
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
