Amergis Educational Staffing is currently seeking entry and mid-level Behavior Technicians to support K–12 schools in Stockton and Lodi, California for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.

? Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to Pass Backgrounds 
• Reliable Transportation

Behavioral Aide & School Aide

• Location: Stockton or Lodi, CA
• Setting: K–12 (Elementary through High School)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (~30 hours/week)
• Start Date: July 2026
• Pay Rate: Varies on previous experience, starts at $18 an hour 

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students
• Assist teachers in general and special education classrooms
• Help create a positive and structured learning environment

? Training Provided: Behavioral and Crisis Prevention Training

Behavior Technician – Rover/Substitute

• Location: Stockton & Lodi, CA
• Schedule: Flexible (Monday–Friday)
• Pick shifts between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay Rate: Varies on previous experience, starts at $18 an hour 

This role is ideal for candidates seeking flexibility while gaining valuable experience in school settings.
