The Occupational Therapist plays a key role in helping students develop the functional, motor, and adaptive skills they need to succeed in the school environment. In this role, you will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, provide direct therapy services, and document progress in alignment with student goals.

This is a meaningful opportunity to support students’ independence, confidence, and academic participation.

? What You’ll Do

  • Perform student evaluations to determine therapy needs

  • Develop individualized plans of care based on assessment results

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students

  • Document therapy sessions and progress accurately

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams

  • Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development

  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and school policies

?? Minimum Requirements

  • Current Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of practice

  • One year of professional OT experience preferred

  • Compliance with all professional standards of practice

  • Current CPR (if applicable)

  • TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

  • Current health certificate (per contract/state regulation)

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
