BCBA – School-Based Contract

Amergis Educational Staffing is partnering with a School in Winthrop, MA to identify a skilled and compassionate BCBA to work with students on a contractual basis for Next School Year services.

Position Details

• Location: Winthrop, MA
• Start Date: 8/27/2026
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30-2:30
• Pay Rate: Up to $75.00/hour, based on experience

Position Overview

Will work under the supervision of the Special Education Director. Maintain responsibilities outlined in the BCBA Ethical Code, including but not limited to: Develop behavior support plans for students, requiring informed and signed consent prior to implementation of intervention.

Required Qualifications

• Masters Degree in ABA or closely related field  
• MA state Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits.  The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:  

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
• Must be at least 18 years of age
